WHAT: Pizza Sale 2011/2012

WHO: 1ST year Mites and the 2nd skater in BHC Families will have the option to do Pizza or Raffle
WHEN: Pick-up Forms (or print them off the website) on November 21 & 22, 2012. Forms will be available at the time of Raffle Ticket Pick-up
ORDERS: All order forms and payments will be due on Saturday, January 21, 2012 to your team Manager or to Hockey Moms (must sell a minimum of 30 Pizza’s)

PICK-UP: Saturday, February 11, 2012 - 2 hour window in the morning behind the Training Center
BUYOUT: If you choose not to sell pizza’s, the fundraising buyout cost is $175 at the time of registration/ $200 after Registration
